Wanting to expand our reach, as we are aware of the importance of digital marketing and the momentum it is going through (especially post pandemic, as life is now ‘online’, teleworking, online classes, etc.), last month we decided to open the possibility of becoming our ambassadors to any rider interested in building a personal branding campaign linked to our brand under a mutually beneficial promotional strategy.
What does it mean to be a brand ambassador?
- To be the best at selling the brand, to do research on it with love and dedication to be knowledgeable and comment on the products in a convincing way.
- To test the products and be able to provide an adequate feedback that helps the brand improve its weaknesses and reinforce its strengths
- Brand image. This is a very important aspect, but it is sometimes forgotten once the sponsorship is achieved. The brand invests in product, shipping and dedication (constant support, details), with the expectation of receiving similar ongoing care from the ambassador, such as advertising on their social media and websites and feedback on the evolution of the horses with its products. The ‘job’ of an ambassador is to constantly promote the brand both offline and online, for it to continue growing and gaining visibility.
What is our current approach with ambassadors?
We study the numerous prospects we receive and establish a discount code for that potential ambassador. The new ambassador promotes this discount code in any way they deem appropriate (social media, offline dissemination, website banner, etc). The sales generated using this discount code are counted as ‘cash in hand’ for the ambassador to get their own supplements. Besides, our ambassadors enjoy preferential treatment and get special benefits, such as advice, brand merchandising and gifts.
What kind of ambassadors are we looking for?
Horse lovers, committed to their animals and looking for the best for them. We avoid riders who seek partnerships at all costs, without even first finding out the composition of our products, their indications and consumer opinions.
What are the steps to contact us and propose a collaboration?
We would like to apologise for our late response in some cases, but we are pleasantly surprised by the overwhelming number of messages and emails we are receiving regarding collaborations. We are trying to reply to all of them as soon as possible. Once this season’s quota has been filled, the recruitment period for ambassadors will be reopened in September, after the summer.
